Mark Hart FCA

Mark launched his tax career at Arthur Andersen then moved to Deloitte, establishing a strong foundation in the profession. He then joined the National Grid tax team, sharpening his skills in tax compliance, advisory, and accounting.

As Director of Solution Consulting at Thomson Reuters, he oversaw the consulting team for the ONESOURSE platform across Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Statutory Reporting, and Global Trade Management, with a particular focus on data integrations. Mark also held roles in innovation, strategy, and partnerships, underlining his commitment to forward-thinking initiatives and delivering tangible results.

Charlotte Hart ACA CTA

Charlotte began her tax career at Deloitte and has since gained extensive experience inhouse and most recently was the Head of Tax at a large UK headquartered multinational. As a senior finance professional, Charlotte has led global compliance, governance, and risk management projects for multinational organisations, delivering pragmatic solutions to complex challenges.

At Osprey Consulting, she combines Big 4 expertise with practical in-house experience and passion for process improvements to help businesses embrace technology, automate workflows, and drive digital transformation. Her unique blend of tax and financial knowledge, alongside strategic leadership, fuels her passion for delivering innovative, sustainable outcomes in a data-driven world.
